I'm a stocky build at ~5'7" so sizing is always a concern.** A: It is the standard harness that comes with most tree stands i have bought. I am 5'11" and 250 lbs and they fit me fine. **Q: How much assembly is required???** A: It comes fully assembled, but I recommend tightening all bolts as they are not fully tightened from the factory. 5 minutes out of the box and it’s ready to hang. **Q: dose it come with climbing stix** A: No, but it is a good, rugged, and roomy stand. Climbing stix have to be purchased separately. **Q: Does it come with the straps that hold it to the tree.** A: Sam, I took delivery on 4 of these stands and we are just opening the boxes this week. I'm sure they have straps. The ad on Guide Gears web site said they have ratchet straps. Buy them on Amazon. I'm glad I did as shipping was a ridiculously low $13.50 for 4 stands, 2sets of tree sticks. A tree ladder. Straps and miscellaneous other items. I am not affraid of climbing out on a limb and sitting on uncomfortable stands, even scary ones, I have done it to shoot the big buck. This stand is not that stand, it is sturdy and i feel secure considering I have room to move my feet and stand on the platform and wiggle to make a shot without the harness if need-be. This stand makes you feel secure for what it is. I weigh 200 lbs. I am a firm believe in you get what you pay for. This stand is a great deal for what you will use it for and that is why i rate it a 5. A 5 rating for what it is, yes it is not your luxury stand but for its purpose and design its great.
