**Q: Do i suppose to disconnect the battery before installing the start-x?**
A: It is always advised to disconnect the battery before performing any electrical work. That being said, I installed mine in the driveway, at night, without disconnecting battery

**Q: Will the truck remain on if you unlock the vehicle and open the door? i'm assuming it does with the non push button start rav4s.**
A: They truck will stay on about 10 to 15 mins  even if u unlock the door not need to press on the brakes stop it all u need to do I push thr keys jsut like how u would start it.

**Q: What distance does this work?**
A: mine works up to 400 feet

**Q: Does this start the engine or just power the vehicle from the battery?**
A: This will start your engine by pressing the lock button on your key 3 times. Once you have installed it.
