It is a green EVOO with wonderful flavor. Last can I got in Barcelona. Happy to find it on Amaze-on! (Because I never cease to be amazed with what I find here.) I prefer Spanish to Italian and Greek oils, which tend to be more golden. All personal taste. Note: recent August 2017 order delivered Merula good to Feb 2019 - perfect!
