Review: - size is good so that it fits in the hand of the ... - As my son is growing up, I didn't want him to discover pens/pencils/crayons/colours and paint the walls. So, I bought him an easel. I was searching for crayons when I came up on a blog which listed the crayons in order based on whether they were organic plus other parameters. These were at the top of the list. I just grabbed them. Pros: - size is good so that it fits in the hand of the kid. - they are organic - colours a little light. - good number of colours Cons: - scent is a bit strong - price, I am sure there will be others at a price less than these. I just couldn't find them :) Summary: I splurged because this was the first time my son handled crayons, and I was not sure if he was not going to put it in his mouth. He did eventually, but I could rest easy knowing they were organic. Will I buy them again? I am not sure because of the price. Review: Great Crayons for My Toddler - We’ve been using these crayons for about two weeks, and my daughter really enjoys them. They’re the perfect size for her little hands and easy for her to hold. I love that they’re made with beeswax and have food-grade colors, especially for a toddler who still likes to put things in her mouth. They color nicely and clean up easily when she gets a little bit on the table. Overall, these have been a great addition to her coloring time, and I would definitely buy them again! ## Features - Non Toxic ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01GSY9MD2 | | Age Range (Description) | Child, Kid | | Age Range Description | Child, Kid | | Best Sellers Rank | #490,365 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) #175 in Crayons | | Body Shape | Round | | Brand | Honeysticks | | Brand Name | Honeysticks | | Colour | Multicolored | | Country of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 17,339 Reviews | | Drill Point | Broad | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Ink Colour | Multicolor | | Item Diameter | 0.8 Inches | | Item Dimensions | 12 x 4 x 6 Centimeters | | Item Type | Crayons | | Item Weight | 204 g | | Line Size | 2mm_and_above | | Manufacturer | honeysticks | | Model number | 101 | | Point Type | Broad | | Recommended Uses For Product | Drawing | | Special Features | Non Toxic | | Style Name | Stick | | UPC | 797776030552 | | Unit Count | 12.0 Count | | Writing Instrument Form | Crayon | | Writing instrument form | Crayon | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Child, Kid - **Brand:** Honeysticks - **Colour:** Multicolored - **Ink Colour:** Multicolor - **Writing instrument form:** Crayon ## Images ![100% Pure Beeswax Crayons (12 Pack) Natural, Non Toxic, Safe for Toddlers, Kids and Children, Handmade in New Zealand, For 1 Year Plus - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71PcR+ATr7L.jpg) ![100% Pure Beeswax Crayons (12 Pack) Natural, Non Toxic, Safe for Toddlers, Kids and Children, Handmade in New Zealand, For 1 Year Plus - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-4vsfRh8L.jpg) ![100% Pure Beeswax Crayons (12 Pack) Natural, Non Toxic, Safe for Toddlers, Kids and Children, Handmade in New Zealand, For 1 Year Plus - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71I-VgmSkBL.jpg) ![100% Pure Beeswax Crayons (12 Pack) Natural, Non Toxic, Safe for Toddlers, Kids and Children, Handmade in New Zealand, For 1 Year Plus - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dR+-4loML.jpg) ![100% Pure Beeswax Crayons (12 Pack) Natural, Non Toxic, Safe for Toddlers, Kids and Children, Handmade in New Zealand, For 1 Year Plus - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/612dTjGgzAL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What age are Honeysticks Original Beeswax Crayons recommended for?** A: Recommended for ages 1+, Honeysticks are the perfect first crayon. Their chubby shape makes them easy for little hands to hold, and they're designed to be harder to snap for durability. **Q: What size are Honeysticks Original Beeswax Crayons?** A: Each crayon is 2.2 inches (55mm) long and 0.8 inches (20mm) in diameter, making them the perfect size for little hands to grip comfortably. **Q: How do I know Honeysticks Original Beeswax Crayons are safe for my toddler?** A: Honeysticks Crayons are made from 100% pure New Zealand beeswax and non-toxic pigments. They contain no harmful ingredients, making them safe if mouthed. Plus, they meet international safety standards for children's products. **Q: Is there a significant difference in the safety of beeswax crayons versus paraffin crayons?** A: Yes, beeswax crayons are safer due to their non-toxic nature. Unlike paraffin crayons, which may contain impurities from petroleum refining, beeswax crayons eliminate these concerns, offering parents peace of mind about their child's safety. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - size is good so that it fits in the hand of the ... *by M***. on 21 October 2017* As my son is growing up, I didn't want him to discover pens/pencils/crayons/colours and paint the walls. They smell delicious and the colours are great. A super size for little hands. ## Frequently Bought Together - Honeysticks 100% Pure Beeswax Crayons (12 Pack) - Non Toxic Crayons, Safe for Babies and Toddlers, for 1 Year Plus, Handmade in New Zealand with Natural Beeswax, Food-Grade Colors, Eco-Friendly - Honeysticks Non Toxic Finger Paint (6 Bright Colors), Washable from Skin, Safe Finger Painting for Toddlers, Kids Ages 1-3, 2-4, 3-5, Perfect First Paint for Little Artists Age 1+, Water Based, Eco - Honeysticks My First Paint Brush Set - 3 Pack: Ideal for Babies and Toddlers.
