I’ve been decorating cookies for about 8 years and have used almost every brand of merengue powder available. This is the best.

### ⭐ Will not make Royal icing!

Horrible do not buy - I tried 2 separate times to make Royal icing and Both times was a flop as it never whipped up to desired consistency even after 8 minutes. Same recipe with Wilton meringue powder was beautiful in only 4 minutes. Do not buy as It will waist 2 lbs of powder sugar plus flavoring etc.
