Measure a little or a little more to choose the level of brininess you enjoy. - A versatile cocktail mixer: Use olive brine for dirty martinis with gin or vodka, or add a splash to a Bloody Mary. This bottle contains the olive juice component, not a complete premixed alcoholic cocktail. - Keep olive brine on hand: A dedicated bottle of dirty martini mix lets you measure brine without relying on the liquid in a jar of olives. Keep it with your home-bar mixers for repeatable cocktail preparation. - More than a martini mixer: Add a measured splash of olive juice to a savory marinade, dressing or sauce when a recipe calls for briny depth. Taste before adding more salt to keep the finished dish balanced. - Mix to your preference: Begin with a small amount of martini olive juice and adjust the ratio with your other cocktail ingredients. Serve with your chosen garnish; this offer is olive juice, not a jar of whole olives. - Package contents: Two 25 oz bottles of Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice, 50 oz total. Measure from the bottle for cocktails or savory recipes, and keep the remaining supply closed according to the label directions. - Measure your martini brine: Add Boscoli olive juice for martinis in small amounts, then adjust to your preferred savory taste. Keep this dirty olive brine with your cocktail mixers for a gin or vodka drink mixed your way. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B075SS2FF6 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #28,498 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #10 in Martini Cocktail Mixers | | Brand | Boscoli Family | | Brand Name | Boscoli Family | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,272 Reviews | | Flavor | Green Olive | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Highlight | Olive brine for dirty martinis; a savory mixer for gin, vodka and cocktail recipes, measured to your taste. | | Item Package Weight | 2.76 kg | | Item Volume | 25.5 fluid ounces | | Item Weight | 5.7 pounds | | Number of Items | 2 | | Part Number | Y6L-YPQ-I4H | | Special Ingredients | Green Olive | | Specialty | Green Olive | | Sweetness Description | Not Sweet | | UPC | 685642990027 | | Unit Count | 50 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Boscoli Family - **Flavor:** Green Olive - **Number of Items:** 2 - **Specialty:** Green Olive - **Unit Count:** 50 Fluid Ounces ## Images ![Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice 25 oz - Pack of 2 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71keGiJgA8L.jpg) ![Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice 25 oz - Pack of 2 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71kxg+uN5lL.jpg) ![Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice 25 oz - Pack of 2 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71xgolvsJrL.jpg) ![Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice 25 oz - Pack of 2 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Bqmp-bViL.jpg) ![Boscoli Dirty Martini Olive Juice 25 oz - Pack of 2 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71gm05bjVeL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: This is a pack of two.
