    Everyone should read this book

Everyone, i mean literally everyone should read this book. This should be compulsory read in schools. Too often we are taught academia but not life lessons. This was one of the most life-changing books i have ever read, i could not recommend it enough to everyone regardless of their age, gender, life situations. Reading this book made me feel as if i am meditating as i was reading and now i feel so much wiser.

I love this woman and her book did not disappoint. As a regular hothead on occasion, it really put some stuff in perspective for me. I think it must have taken a lot for her to publish some of the things she wrote about her family and personal struggles, but that makes the book so much stronger and more authentic. Definitely worth the read if you're looking for a practical alternative to "just do yoga and meditate" to calm yourself and get a different Outlook on life.
