I don't understand the benefits of combining it with vit D and that isn't really explained on the product or their web page. The pills are white, round and easy to swallow. They are also advertised as suitable for vegans, which is nice. The branding is lovely but feels a bit over the top. The glass bottle is quite large and it has a metal screw top. The bottom of the bottle was just about covered with pills (60 in this jar).
