I load my feet up with lotions and things like she’s butter and then slip these on. I usually put socks over them as they slide around with lotion on your feet. If you’re going to wear them to bed, throw socks on over to keep them on. The definitely help with softening callouses. **Q: It seems that I may have received 1 left gel sock and 3 right gel socks. I have some that I wear with my Mary Jane sandals that just cover my heels and come around the top of my foot. Really wonderful products.
