A: I'm almost done with my first bottle and I have to say I did noticed a difference!.. nothing extraordinary but I used to get sharp pains in my liver and stomach every time I would drink alcohol or spicy stuff and after using this I don't have that problem or not as much at least!.. so it does help but it's not like a super big difference at least not yet, like I said I'm barely working on my first bottle but I'm hoping that if I keep taking it then it will make a bigger difference.

A: The correct description is 48 full droppers, I don't know why they have two different descriptions maybe it's 85ml? I don't know.
