**Q: I understand that they explain that there may be some leakage. But, if ALL of the fluid leaks out, and it is bone dry, can you add water?**
A: I have purchased this wonderful product many times and there was never leakage.  I'm not actually sure what this question is in reference to.  If you buy a defective item, return it to the store.   But if you've already opened it, eaten some, returned it to refrigerator, and over a short period of time you notice that the liquid content has diminished plenty, I can't see the harm in adding a little water.  The product has a long shelf life even after being opened, but if you feel a need to dilute it and are doing that with water only, it will most likely shorten the life.

**Q: Is this in glass jar?**
A: yes, this and all pickled planet products are in glass jars.

**Q: Does this have lactic acid in it?**
A: Yes, lactic acid is a naturally occuring by-product of raw fermentation of cabbage leaves.

**Q: Two reviewer said it contains Vinegar. Is that true?**
A: That is not true. There is no vinegar added whatsoever, the entire product line is raw, high probiotic natually fermented vegetables.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal tasting raw sauerkraut

Pickle Planet Raw Sauerkraut is out-of-this-world delicious! As a kid I absolutely hated sauerkraut (kind you purchase in a can at the store) I mention this as it tasted nasty and smelled nasty lol. It was just plain gross. However, as a kid, I loved raw cabbage. I would go out in the garden and eat it. Fast forward many decades later..... I know I love raw cabbage but just the word "sauerkraut" scared the hell out of me lol. I started researching fermented foods to help with my gut flora. Pickled Planet came up and I started looking at all the different flavors. I figure I would take the plunge and purchase one over-priced jar of Pickled Planet Great Plain sauerkraut. I figured if I like it, I would purchase from another website which is less then half of what I bought it for. I can now say with certainty, the word Sauerkraut, no longer scares me lol. This Raw Sauerkraut is phenomenal tasting and in three days since I received it, 3/4 of the jar is gone. Also in these three days, my gut has been feeling wonderful and the best its been in several years. I'm not saying its a miracle food but pretty darn close. Go ahead and give Pickled Planet sauerkraut a shot. I believe you will be well please. Side note: I have not been compensated monetarily or otherwise by Pickled Planet. I am a regular "Joe" who stumbled onto a wonderful product and want to share my findings with others.
