I need to be able to read my stopwatch and look at my mp3 player when I work out. These stick-ons are very helpful. They can be a little tricky to get into place, but once they are on, they stay put. The biggest drawback (from previous experiences) is that they acquire fine scratches if you wipe them with anything, even a lens cloth.
