**Q: what angle are these set at?**
A: This Wood Chisels are made on 30° angle like every other Brand,the only difference this did not come with a metal on top of the handle for better tapping you have to be careful, it may snap,or brake preference to use a rubber or plastic hammer (not recommended regular hammer) hope my answer helps.

Worked great for me Sharp, chiseled right thru the wood on the back of my bass guitar. Made a compartment for a 9v battery box to power some EMG active pickups. Traced a template onto painters tape. Drilled numerous holes then chiseled the rest. Sharp chisels, they worked really well. Good stuff highly recommended.
