Small discreet, and a comfortable fit. Like with all hearing devices it takes some time to get used to , also what volume level is good for you. I had no problem with this device, have clear sound and when contacting the company for a smaller ear dome they were very helpful and sent them right away. If it whistles then you have it turned up too high. The only way to turn it off is to take the battery out so I have just left it on all the time, I bought extra batteries right on Amazon very inexpensively.
