The plates and flatware are beautiful and look exactly like the picture. Because I will be using these items at a social function, I opened and checked each box prior to the function. To my disappointment, the plastic bag for the knives in one of the boxes had been torn open. When I took them out of the box, several knives fell and scattered on the floor! The package had been deliberately opened. I’m disappointed that no one checked them and that they were resold in that condition.
