Review: Awesome pool cover - This solar pool cover is the best! I wanted to purchase it last year but it was sold out, and now I understand why. The cover that came with my pool always got too much water on top and sunk. Then, the debris would fall in. This was even with it being tied down around the outside. This one sits on top even with the filter running for over 9 hours. I can pull it off the surface of the water without it falling since it floats. I purchased the 15ft cover for my 15ft pool. It is an easy set so the top circumference is 13ft. I have enough extra cover to tuck under the inflatable ring which then keeps it from blowing off. It also keeps the water temperature warm. After a few weeks of days in the mid 70’s the water temperature went up to 90 degrees. I love this cover! Update 7/14/26- The inflatable ring on the top of our easy set pool popped so we had to upgrade to a 15 ft metal frame pool. The cover fits nicely and stays on even in our windy yard. Still love this cover!

I actually agree with many of the positive reviews — this pool cover does work. It noticeably helped keep my pool cleaner, reduced how often I need to vacuum, and I’ve even used less chlorine shock since using it. So in terms of performance, it delivers. That said, the durability is a real problem. After a relatively short time, the material started to break down and the bubbles began peeling off — almost like fish scales coming loose. It’s frustrating because the concept is great, but the product doesn’t seem built to last. I bought mine at the beginning of the cold season, and now, 5 months later, I will have to replace it. If they improved the quality and longevity, this would easily be a 5-star product. Right now, it feels like something you’ll have to replace sooner than expected.
