Review: Works with no issues - Works as intended and have no issues. It was easy to use on the circuit board where I applied it. Dried in about 3 mins and wasn’t too thick. Just enough. I would say it’s good value for what you pay for and it’s small and versatile.
Review: Necessary in order to glue heat sinks to vulnerable circuit board components. - I replaced the control circuit board in a ride-on jeep that no longer worked. The previous circuit board was all corroded badly. My step Great grandkids really like these ride-on toys, so I took a chance and replaced that control board. And that control board was indeed the proper fix! However, to extend the life of the new control circuit board, I added two very tiny aluminum heat sinks on top of the MOSFET transistors that control each wheel of the drive train. The only way to stick the heat sinks to the transistors was with this special thermal conductive glue. I squirted a little onto a piece of cardboard and mixed it well with a toothpick just to make sure is was properly mixed. I then spread a tiny bit onto each of the two tiny heat sinks and glued them to the transistors. It took about 2 hours to dry and cure and works perfectly! I think the this exposed circuit board will last a long time now. (The first photo is the actual ride-on jeep that now operates properly. In the second photo below, the new circuit board is on top with the heat sinks glued in place. The bottom circuit board is the old corroded one.)

**Q: Is this glue electricity conductive ? i need it to glue a thermistor to an integrated microcontroller chip**
A: This glue is electrically non-conductive.

**Q: Can i used this to put the ihs back on a de-lidded cpu?**
A: I would not try to use it for that.  I know from past experience that you wanrt that lid secured with something that won't contaminate the die.  I would anticipate this is not the right glue for your application.  In fact, I can't think of any "glue" that would be safe in that application.  But if I were to try to do that,  I might try an epoxy, but I would be concerned that fumes from the curing process might contaminate.

**Q: Can this be used as a substitute for a soldering iron?**
A: If by "substitute for a soldering iron" you mean to electrically connect components together, no.  This adhesive is not electrically conductive.  It is however thermally conductive when used in a very thin layer (like the thickness of a hair).  A thin layer can be used to transfer heat from a hot location to a cooler location.  An example would be from a hot integrated circuit to a metal heat sink.  In some cases, this material is more useful than thermal grease because it not only provides thermal coupling it also acts as an adhesive, so for small heat sinks, no clamp may be needed.

**Q: Can this be used to repair breaks in rear car defroster grids... will it conduct or "bridge" electricity to restore the circuit?**
A: This glue is thermal conducive glue, that is thermally conductive (-60 to 250 degree Celsius) and electrically non-conductive.

I used this thermal glue to glue an FPV camera onto a heat sink, it holds the camera perfectly in place and I don’t see it coming off anytime soon. It transfers almost %100 of the heat generated by the camera into the heat sink. It is non conductive and does a great job, especially for the price. I %100 recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper choice of thermal glue.
