The purpose of the pouches worked and my medications were intact at my destination for the week. Other than a slight annoyance that the carrier was incomplete it works. I have Arthritic hands and was able to slide the pouch opening with no issues. The little pockets stink'. The pills absorb the smell. With time the smell faded some. The little pockets were not numbered correctly, I received two of one number and then it skipped a number. One pocket started to fray after about 5 days of use. I love the design of the product. It worked well, with those exceptions.
