I consume 1 scoop during my workout and another after. I like how water soluble the product is and I can easily put it in a shaker cup and add cold water and shake it up on the way out the door (with or without the shaker ball) and this is not the case with a lot of BCAA drinks. I have had to dissolve some BCAA's with warm water and then add cold water, not the case with this product at all. The orange juice flavor was not the best, but it was palatable and their other flavors are really good.Very good product and quite the step up from basic BCAA hydration formulas. I have added this product to my "must have on hand" supplements and rotate it in often.
