Large fish fillets will fit nicely. I can put two in each side (to cook four at once). But the whole fish with the tail won't fit. I had to cut the tail off. As far as little stuff, I can make enough french fries for 5-6 people at one time. Oh, and if you want to remove the two baskets you can still cook like that.
