**Q: Is this eligible for free returns?**
A: Yes, I believe so.

**Q: Can you use a dimmer with this light and can you only use LED bulbs?**
A: It’s been a while since we’ve installed this light. And for some reason I could not dim the light, but I cannot remember if it was the light or the bulbs that was the reason.

**Q: Is there any way to adjust the tension cables to make it longer once you pull it shorter?**
A: I’m wondering the same thing.  We have had a hard time puling the tension back through to make it longer.  Do you mean the individual decorative piece that each cable comes through?  Removing the full plate doesn’t do anything to help adjust the side cables

**Q: maximum total height have 12 ft ceilings?**
A: It come with approximately 5’ steel cables that you can adjust the height with. So, the light could be installed at about 7’ from the ceiling.
