Add a few berries like strawberries, raspberries or blueberries for more flavor! Add a slice of Dave’s Sprouted skinny bread toasted with a little avocado butter, and you have yourself a delicious healthy breakfast in about 5 minutes!! The $5.99 a box is a little expensive but doable. Review: Default breakfast - Now my default breakfast. The directions are good but I confess I now cook mine on medium for 1 1/2 minutes, stir it and continue to cook it on medium for a minute more. I think it's creamier. Without sweetener or cream this is a basic 100 calorie breakfast. Of course I add 1TBS of brown sugar (45 cals) and 2 TBS of fat free half and half (20 cals).
