**Q: Is there a  set  screw to hold this hub on the axle?**
A: Yes, a key and 2 set screws.

**Q: Does it come with directions on how to install**
A: I don’t remember it having instructions. But I looked up YouTube videos and information online about it to try and make sense of it

**Q: Do i need a cable how do i stop it**
A: I had a solid rod as a cable with a spring to keep it held back

Very good quietly I used it on a live axle works great but a design flaw you can’t put the lock bolt in to hold it in place.
