### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Is this the fountain of youth? I feel younger.

About 3 months ago I read an article that discussed the health benefits of adding MCT oil and Ceylon Cinnamon to your coffee. I am not a doctor and I am not giving medical advise. I am simply relaying my experience and I recommend that before you start any regimen, that you consult your medical doctor. I began drinking this coffee concoction about 3 months ago and I have felt much better. My goal was to help with healing a fatty liver. I have not been tested to determine if my levels are better, but I do feel much better and my liver does not seem so tight. I read that the cinnamon will help with diabetes, as well. I am not diabetic, but I did notice that my food cravings went away and I do not get hungry as often as I used to which I suspect is due to balanced blood sugar now. I am down to eating just twice a day. I have read that MCT oil is very good for your mitochondria which is what gives you energy in your cells. This MCT Oil tastes good in the coffee. I use about 1 1/2 teaspoons in my coffee and the bottle lasts about 2 months. This product is certified organic and the only ingredient listed is coconut oil. The oil mixes well with the coffee. It is crystal clear and the company does a great job selling the product so that it won’t leak.
