Was also getting ridges and chips on my nails. Also, I'm a nurse and wash my hands a lot which also weakens my nails. This stuff is awesome! I started noticing my nails getting stronger very quickly. It also makes my natural nails look really nice with no color. They are growing longer without cracking now too, which I love. I do wish they had this same formula in actual nail colors though so I could change it up..maybe they will eventually.
