Very, very salty. Moreso even than the other flavors in the Kernel line.I'd recommend starting with less than you normally would, and maybe add as needed until you get a feel for it.Overall, would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐ VERY SALTY AND THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION IS INCORRECT ON THE LISTING *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2017* Nothing is wrong with the product but the listing states sodium as 75mg per 1/4 tsp but on the label it is 93mg per 1/4 tsp. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal but if you are using a table spoon or more the sodium will be sky high. I moderately watch my salt intake but had I know about the incorrect information, or should I say had I known the correct amount I never would have purchased. It is very, very salty and the salt flavor overpowers the parmesan and the garlic. This is just my opinion and everyone tastes things differently but I will give this away and purchase something else with more flavor and less salt. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Kernal Seasonings *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2009* Since popcorn is my snack of choice, I thought this product would give me a little variety.The label says to sprinkle it in the bag of popped corn. Well, that only takes it to the bottom of the bag!!!! So, I use the same method as when I sprinkle parmasean cheese on my corn. I empty the bag of popped corn in a big bowl, spray it with olive oil cooking spray (what I coat my cooking pans with) and then sprinkle the parasean on the corn. The spray helps the cheese to adhere to the corn.
