So far, the few recipes I've tried are much better tasting than other recipes I've found/tried online. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Well set out and recipes are easy to follow *by A***E on 22 November 2018* I really like the way this book is set out, with background and helpful information at the front and tips and notes included for each recipe. I also enjoyed the author's 'chatty' style and obvious enthusiasm for her work. That said, I made one of the cheeses as soon as I got my hands on the book and I really didn't like it; both texture and taste were slightly unpleasant. Still, it's just one recipe of 70, and there are many more that I'm keen to try.
