Faella is the best, most flavorful, and well-textured pasta we ever experienced. It was a dream. It was a recommendation by a Washington Post food columnist in an article about fresh pasta versus dry pasta. My guests complimented how much my pasta cooking had improved, but all I did differently was use Faella. It makes that much of a difference. The vendor is Gustiamo, a small vendor from the Bronx in New York that specializes in importing real Italian ingredients from Italy. They did a great job with shipping and packaging. I feel guilty for ordering such a small quantity. I am going to order more next time. Thank you! Ciao! -s.
