I called police they came right out and the guy ended up going to the emergency room not because of the spray but he was so high they couldn't safely decontaminate him and was trying to fight all the first responders. As the police said most likely the only thing other than a gun that was going to stop the guy that night in his drugged out condition was bear spray. Stay safe out there everyone.
