It works pretty decent. I like the durable construction. I don't think this bag can rip or tear on me. I was able to fit all the essentials I need for the two babies. The pockets on the pouch lets you store 3 milks. Even though it's insulated. I do put a few ice cubes in my kids milk. The pockets inside the main compartment is all around the walls inside. Let's you keep things separated and not all thrown in one giant bag.
