There’s a template provided with the castor for screw positions. When in the raised position clearance of my work bench off the floor is 6-10mm. They’re solidly made and move my work bench about my garage easily enough. I did have one of the plates split that the wheel fixes to but the company sent out a replacement immediately FOC and I’ve had no issue since.
