**Q: is this unit 120volt or 220?**
A: 220

**Q: How hard is to install through the wall? Can it be done by someone fairly handy but by no means a pro?**
A: If you plan on installing it in a “Load-Bearing” wall Hire a General Contractor or Licensed Carpenter or you could seriously breach the structural integrity of the structure. 
Also, wiring for 220-230 volts requires a 2-pole breaker to be installed in the electrical panel.

**Q: Does it replace any other brand through wall or do I need a new sleave. The size is the same as old unit.**
A: Will this unit fit the sleeve from my old whirlpool model ace124xro ? Also does this need a 20 amp breaker?

**Q: is it energy star rated ?**
A: I see no Energy Star Rating on the unit or Electrical cords. Most AC devices have a rating. Email the manufacturer. They would knoww.
