But the filter works! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Improvement over PUR faucet filter *by S***E on January 24, 2019* I bought this to replace a previous generation PUR filter that I never loved. That one didn't attach securely to the tap and filtered slowly. I love that this iSpring filter screws on to my faucet with no leaks; it feels much more secure and also takes up less space. It also filters the water quickly, almost too fast; it's hard to believe it's really filtering as great as they say when it feels like it's running through nearly as fast as when bypassing the filter. But it does get rid of the chlorine taste, so if that's your need I highly recommend it over the PUR filter. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is just because I don't know how well this really works beyond getting rid of the slight chlorine taste. I live in an area with good water quality, so can't see a difference, and don't have an easy way to test it otherwise. If the company could provide independent test results that would help; just saying that it removes "150+ contaminants" sounds too good to be true for such a lightweight and fast filter. And the pics showing the results of filter tests don't mean anything to me without clarification or independent verification. I'll update this in the future if that is provided, or anything else happens to change my opinion.
