No artificial colours or chemicals are added at any stage of the making process, preserving the pure, natural character of the clay and traditional craftsmanship. Naturally Mineral-Rich Clay — Traditional clay pots naturally contain minerals such as iron, phosphorus, and magnesium. Cooking in earthen pots may allow certain naturally occurring minerals to contribute to food, including iron, calcium, magnesium, and sulfur, supporting a wholesome and traditional cooking experience. Clay pots heat gradually, allowing food to cook slowly and evenly compared to aluminium and other metal utensils. Their natural porous structure helps circulate steam and heat throughout the food, creating thoroughly cooked and aromatic meals. This gentle cooking method helps preserve the food’s natural qualities, while meat cooked in clay pots stays juicy, tender, and flavourful. Clay is naturally alkaline, and traditional clay cookware may interact with food during cooking to help maintain a balanced taste and acidity profile. This gentle cooking method makes clay pots a natural choice for wholesome meals and everyday digestive comfort, especially in place of frequent fast-food consumption. ## Features - ! 2 WOODEN SPATULAS COMPLIMENTARY !
