**Q: How many milligrams of elemental zinc is in this?**
A: I don’t know, if you are really concerned about it, you may have to contact the company. This supplement works very well on issues that come up for me.

**Q: How does this compare to the discontinued Ulcetrol?**
A: I liked Now’s Ulcetrol better, but this is the next, best thing. It’s the only alternative, but not the same for me.

**Q: Can we open the capsule and put the pouder in water or food?**
A: Yes.  It has a slight celery taste, that most likely comes from the slippery elm.  Nature's Way slippery elm has a slight celery taste as well.

**Q: Can the pill be split in half and poured into juice or water?**
A: It's a capsule, and it would be hard to get an even dose if you open it. It's a very effective product if you take the recommended dose. I switched to every other day once my GI symptoms subsided.
