Seeing a need for high quality capo options, Bluegrass enthusiast Bryan Paige set out to create a handmade capo, alongside his father. The demand for the new "Paige Capo" grew quickly through word of mouth as Bryan traveled to various Bluegrass events. As demand grew, Bryan opened a small machine shop in Jonesville, Michigan, and patented his innovative Paige Capo design. Several patents, awards, and product lines later, the Paige Capo is one of the most trusted capos on the market today. Today, Bryan and Lisa Paige still play music, craft capos, and create new products right from their North Carolina property. Will this capo keep my guitar in tune? Yes. The adjustable tension screw and center-tension design apply even pressure across all strings, helping prevent them from being pulled out of tune while maintaining clear tone. Why choose an adjustable capo over a spring capo? Adjustable tension applies only the pressure needed for better tuning and less string wear. Will this capo cause string buzz? No. The center-tension saddle and silicone-lined radiused bar distribute even pressure across every string, creating a secure, buzz-free fit without muting notes. Is this capo easy to move between frets? Yes. The yoke design lets you reposition quickly while keeping your settings consistent. Will it fit my acoustic guitar? This capo is designed to fit most 6-string acoustic guitars with a standard 16" radiused fretboard, providing a secure fit and even string pressure. ## Features - 🎯 Premium Craftsmanship – The Paige Capo for 6-string acoustic guitars is meticulously crafted in the USA. The only. *by on Reviewed in the United States November 17, 2024* Waited way too long to get this just exactly perfect capo. Story - A Sam ash sales associate let me use his personal one many many months ago when I was test driving an expensive Taylor n store; he said make sure you give it back. SMOOTH … I didn’t want to give it back to him of course I did. No sam ash didn’t sell them). Lazy me with a box of assorted capos told myself next day ah don’t need another capo.Wrong. Show last week took me 30 seconds (an eternity) Puttin a capo on first fret with no buzz and in tune …. ENOUGH! Amazon when I get home and find one of these !!This capo has taken away all my on stage performing anxiety about “OK this next tune requires a capo” and then fidgeting and praying for no issues tension tuning when I drop the capo clamp onto the neck telling the same stupid tales while I fidgetThe design is logically perfect. Compact (doesn’t ever get in the way) even pressure (no worries over just one string buzzing out nor one string being out of tune etc) + adjustable tension (use perfectly on any guitar no matter what the set up ) quick as a jackrabbit to confidently slide to any fret, even quick store it behind the nut (a couple of turns and off you go) bottom line all your capo worries / issues are magically gone.Buying two more just to have available for multiple guitars; and likely a few more to give as Christmas gifts Worth every penny, especially if you say the same tentative prayer I silently say when I (used to) put on the standard squeeze clamp capos.Get real. Get one. You will not return it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceeded my expectations *by on Reviewed in the United States June 21, 2026* Now that I have this I wish I had it in my life sooner. For the price of my 3 cheaper capos I wish I just bought this in the first place. With the cheaper capos I was pretty much always getting buzz because of my worn frets on acoustic guitar not only did this pretty much fix that but it also made the tone better, which I was not expecting! Now the capo’d guitar is as open, loud, and resonant as the guitar is without it. Very happy I decided on trying this ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small and it works! *by on Reviewed in the United States June 23, 2026* Been through a few other types of capo’s. This one is by far the best. 6 string Taylor.Bought a Thalia awhile back. Wish i could return it. Look no further than this capo! ## Frequently Bought Together - Paige 6-string Standard Guitar Capo - Made in the USA - Satin Nickel - D'Addario Accessories Guitar Tuner - NS Micro Soundhole Tuner - Fits in Guitar Sound Hole - For Acoustic Guitars, Ukuleles - Non Marring Sound Hole Clip - Quick & Accurate Tuning --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/101627674-6-string-guitar-capo-nickel-proudly-made-in-the-usa](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/101627674-6-string-guitar-capo-nickel-proudly-made-in-the-usa) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
