It should work. **Q: My 11 Acadia passenger side won't blow hot air out of vents. Stays on cold all the time, would this fix that problem** A: It should. Mt 2011 Traverse takes 2 of these, one for the door to direct the air to feet, face or defrost, the other is to allow between hot and cold air. You need to see if the actuator is operating, if not this should solve the problem.
