I did a bit of research and found a video of this paint being used to make toddlers' socks non-slip - socks / gloves - not a huge difference, so I decided to give it a whirl.It's worked a treat, and I'm pleased with the results, both aesthetically and for non-slippiness when driving. I pondered whether what pattern to use on the gloves - the toddler sock video used lots of dots, or drew little flowers. My flowers looked awful, and the dots didn't come out evenly on my testers, so I went for stripes, which I think work well.I used a tiny amount, so have loads left.
